Our story
It all began with my mother. The most incredible woman that I know, and I know A LOT of incredible women.
She ran the farm that I lived on when I was young, she ran the business that I worked in when I was in high school. She was a single mother of 4 and a total badass; hardworking and beautiful inside and out.
Watching her run a business, run a house and raise 4 incredible daughters was the best education that I could ever have gotten.
When I was little, we had a huge garden with fruit trees, a pumpkin patch, watermelons, veggies, fruits and flowers. I grew up eating carrots pulled out of the ground and washed with a garden hose. We had fresh milk from a cow each morning and cream on our scones with homemade strawberry jam.
I have always deeply loved flowers, fresh cut and medicinal. I am not really a hippie but more of a flower child, a lover of nature and the earth. I am at my most happy out in the wilderness or in my garden.
WyldFlower is my 3rd business and flowers are my true love. I love to bring the world beautiful flowers. Your weekly posy, party flowers, wedding arrangements or bouquets for your loved ones. ALL of it makes my soul smile.
If you do something that you love, you will never work a day in your life. Well, it is still work but I love it so much that I would do it even if I didn’t need money to live.
